We endeavour to ship the same working day (Monday to Friday) for next working day delivery in the Mainland UK but please allow up to two working days for delivery especially for orders placed after 2pm.

If any items you order are out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours along with an estimate of when the item will be back in stock, you can then choose to have them placed on backorder for delivery as soon as they are in stock or cancel the item and order later.  We will not delay the despatch of instock goods if an item you order is out of stock.

We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged goods - please e-mail us on exchange@workbootsite.co.uk for an authorisation number.  Wrong size? Don't like the colour? Your rights are protected by the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' an EU Directive, you can find this at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm, if you decide not to keep the goods you must return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging at your expense, please e-mail us as above for a returns number.
